It was the first time in quite some time that I didn't feel abused, ripped off, insulted, or stuck with add-ons that I didn't ask for. Ken knew the cars, was able to answer all of our questions, didn't mind we drove several models, and didn't mind that we took our time looking around the lot. We decided to narrow our choices to three, and there was no high pressure to buy the higher-priced vehicle, and Ken seemed happy to sell me any car, regardless of the MSRP.
