Service dept is way above the market for professionalism. They always seem to get the job done no matter the difficulties. The loaner situation makes it hard on them but they do the best they can. I would like to thank my salesperson, Ken Hodge for being honest and making the ordering of my Jeep Wrangler a pleasant process. It took 5 months to get my Jeep and he kept me informed the entire time with honest and making the ordering of my Jeep Wrangler a pleasant process. It took 5 months to get my Jeep and he kept me informed the entire time with updates. He was relaxed and made me feel relaxed about the entire process. He would even text me back on his day off when I had questions. This was my first car and the whole experience was very positive. Thank you, Ken.
