From the first call to the last call this dealership is extremely professional. We worked with Internet Sales as part of the Costco New Car Purchase Program. We knew what was available and what the price extremely professional. We worked with Internet Sales as part of the Costco New Car Purchase Program. We knew what was available and what the price was before we ever saw the car. When we arrived we test drove it, filled out the paperwork and left with the car. Never has a car purchase been so relaxed and enjoyable as this one. The Finance Department were easy to work with. No hard sales on the optional items. They were shown to us as an option and the benefits explained with the price. Absolutely no pressure. More

Kent Owens should held as an example to what customer service is all about. We had leased a RX 350 in 2007. We where part of the Lexus familiy. We stopped at the dealership to look at a Lexus ES 350. We had not been in a Lexus, much less driven one, but our mechanic suggested we look at one. We had test driven the Honda Accord, and a couple models We had not been in a Lexus, much less driven one, but our mechanic suggested we look at one. We had test driven the Honda Accord, and a couple models of Acura earlier in the week. Kent Owens was our salesman, and though he was very busy, he told us why we were going to love the Lexus sedan, and took us for a test drive. I immediately loved that car, though it was pricier than what we originally planned to spend. Kent ran some numbers for us, and as we were 45 minutes late for a dinner event, we took the papers and left, saying we would call the next day. The next afternoon, I called Kent and we made a deal on the car. Kent said we had to pick it up that day if we wanted it at the price quoted, so we went in to pick it up. Again, the dealership was swarming with people hoping to make an end-of-year deal, and it took some time to complete the paperwork, but we drove away with our car, and an appointment to come back in a couple of days for an orientation. When we returned, Kent spent at least two hours going over everything with us, including setting up our I-phones with the blue tooth system. We are very happy with the way we were treated, and thoroughly impressed that at no time, did anyone try to tack on any expenses that had not been quoted right up front. I was then directed to Mr. Kent Owens, Internet and Fleet Manager, who responded immediately. I was treated with the utmost courtesy, and he completely focused on my personal interest, financial capabilities, and also I perceived his continued reassurance to ensure that I had complete peace of mind with any decisions I would make about purchasing an upgrade to my 2002 Lexus. I never felt pressured at any time during the transaction, in fact I was helped in ways that went beyond an ordinary sale. And the follow-up has been incredibly impressive. Kent took the time to sit with me and go over the navigation system a couple of days later and WITHOUT ONE doubt in my mind, I know I can count on the fact that any upcoming problems will be handled unquestioned and promptly. Mr, Owens also completed transferred everything from my 2002 Lexus to the newly purchased one. I really do not have a word for the way I was treated. I have NEVER experienced such REMARKABLE customer service, above and beyond and truly he went the extra mile with me. Mr. Dave Carnes in Finance (doing all the necessary financial paperwork) was a delight to sit with and complete. Again no pressure, just very informative, polite, assistance. Also Christina Carson, Service Consultant would be among all the above compliments. I cannot say enough about this dealership. More

We purchased our first vehicle from Lexus of Sacramento over 7 years ago. Even though we live approximately 70 miles from the dealership (and closer to another dealer), we once again chose the Sacramento l over 7 years ago. I have leased two cars from Kent Owens over the last 4 years. Awesome experience. I trust him. I've had both cars serviced through their service department and work with Brandy Joseph. It is always a pleasure to work with her and she does an outstanding job ensuring that my cars stay perfect - I can be a bit picky. The service experience is very convenient, fast and a nice loaner is always waiting for me if I need one. I just purchased one of my cars coming off lease and worked with Diana Kleary who handles these transactions. I was not sure what to expect having to work with someone new at the dealership. Wow - she had everything ready for me. I signed and was done. I was amazed. These folks know how to deliver a service and an expereince. I can't image leasing, buying or getting service elsewhere. Simple. No hassles and they value and respect my time. I get to rely on the relationships and trust I have built with them. They are highly responsive and personalized.
