Aneudys Vargas should be fired immediately, who ever promoted him to sales manager honestly needs to have a psych examination done. This dealership is a disgrace for what the brand Honda is. Very thug like demeanor and disgusting strategies used, from many of the staff as well. The guy came and yelled at me and my family because he could not come close to what other dealers were offering me on a lease. When I say yelling, I literally mean I was getting yelled at by an odd typed looking man-child, pretty weak sales tactics to me... Sometime in life people get the short end of the stick and Aneudys Vargas is hanging on by a thread. More

I went to the dealer to take care of a Honda recall. Honda dealer knew exactly what the recall was about. I get to the dealership, wait an hour and then I am told the part which needs to be replaced i Honda dealer knew exactly what the recall was about.
