Millenium Honda did an excellent job guiding me through the process of buying a new car. Made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off midday; vehicle wasn’t looked at for almost a week. Although I selected that I had a ride for the initial day I dropped of the vehicle, I was left borrowing vehicle wasn’t looked at for almost a week. Although I selected that I had a ride for the initial day I dropped of the vehicle, I was left borrowing cars and asking for rides. I asked if they had a loaner available and was told they didn’t. After 5/6 days of being with no car they finally call to advise parts were stolen from the vehicle and that it will be weeks for repair. I was then told to contact my insurance for a rental. Pleasant staff, just took days before being looked at for diagnosis. More

Came into Dealership with an appointment and I was advised the Sales Consultant was not there. I was leaving and was stopped by a concerned Finance Manager named, Warrell Wilson. He calmed me down, pu advised the Sales Consultant was not there. I was leaving and was stopped by a concerned Finance Manager named, Warrell Wilson. He calmed me down, pursued me to stay and he would help me with my options to Lease another car. I have been apart of the Millennium family for 22 years. This is my third Honda Car. He assigned Sales Consultant Carlos Rodriguez to assist, they offered me coffee, discussed 2023 inventory and my options to do a buy-out. Because of low mileage on my 2020, I decided to go with the Buy-out. Warrell Wilson worked very hard to get me a good Rate and low monthly payments. Carlos was very helpful in running the paperwork to and from the 2nd Floor. Numerous signatures later, I left the Dealership very happy. More
