He made the buying experience a relaxing & fun process. He involved the GM who was very professional & introduced me to Andrew in financing who made the loan process seamless and painless. All of the extra touches like the coffee bar, the multiple calls I received to update me on the car prep process before I picked it up etc. were just great.
