We went to Wesley Chapel Honda to get our 2011 Honda Accord an oil change, even though they are not the closest, their service department is the best. While we were looking at the new 2013 Accords in t Accord an oil change, even though they are not the closest, their service department is the best. While we were looking at the new 2013 Accords in the showroom floor, we started talking to Kevin Campbell. He told us about the new Accords and we went for a test drive. Kevin is very informative and friendly, and knows all about Honda's. We were able to upgrade our Honda Accord at the price we wanted. We would highly recommend this Honda dealership, Kevin and Gonca were great! More

First off let me say, Kevin Campbell, this gentlemen made me and my wife very happy. We came in just to browse the inventory of Odyssey vans. They had new and used. Kevin listened to our needs and wants in me and my wife very happy. We came in just to browse the inventory of Odyssey vans. They had new and used. Kevin listened to our needs and wants in the van. We never buy new anymore and once owned an Odyssey (which was the last new car we purchased back in 2003 and sold because our needs changed). My wife has been researching this van for sometime and It still is the best van, hands down over Toyota Sienna, Chrysler Town and Country, Dodge Grand Caravan and Kia Sedona. We knew just what we wanted. The Touring model was our choice and we had a particular color in mind. Kevin listened to every word we said and never once interrupted or try to persuade us, as other sales people have done during our research. Kevin got a 2006 off the lot for us to inspect, inside and out. He asked would we like to test drive it. He made sure we were satisfied first before we drove, again no pressure. We did not want a dark interior and this one was black, but it had all the bells and whistles we preferred and some. Our son was to be picked from school after we drove the van and he let us take it to the bus stop and return to the dealer with our son. Well the manager met us on returning, and I figured here goes the double team and pressure sale and how we need to buy this van right now! No he went back to his office. Kevin offered us coffee, water and snacks. No pressure, was given to us and he made sure we had wireless head sets which were not in the vehicle. He gave the selling price we countered, his manager was given our price accepted it and gave us an added seat for the second row to boot. The van went from seats seven to seating eight at no added cost. We also was given a geat detail of the car, even tho the vehicle was very clean, they really had it sparkling at time of sale. We were up till 3:30am driving, learning the DVD, cd and navigation system. Every time we called it a night we went back into the garage to fiddle again with something. Kevin Campbell is a great person, and the rest of the staff were courteous and professional. We will have our car serviced here for sure. One great experience! Had to share it, this was so painless. I recommend this dealership and Kevin Campbell to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle. More

We leased a car at Wesley Chapel Honda recently because we were about to go over our mileage allowance of 12K per year (36K total)on our CRV. We realized we needed a bigger car with more mileage allowance we were about to go over our mileage allowance of 12K per year (36K total)on our CRV. We realized we needed a bigger car with more mileage allowance. My wife asked the salesperson several times that our minimum requirement was that we have enough mileage allowance not to have to worry about it or have to pay any penalties at the end of the lease. Well, somehow we were convinced that the mileage was not an issue and that we did "not have to worry about it". However, the contract states that we may/will be responsible to pay mileage if we go over. I guess we signed the lease and now have to live with it, but the salesperson did not steer us in the right direction, or look out for our best interest. Additionally, the next day our car keys intermittently would not work to open or close the sliding car doors, opperate the power locks and the car would stall every few starts, we took it in. We realize that these things happen, but twice we were turned away because the keys worked while at the dealer. Finally, on the 3rd day it would not start at all. The service experience was not pleasant and the salesperson was not interested in anything other than if we were going to give him 5's on his review. We honestly cannot give 5's in this review but we will give 3's because they were pleasant and friendly. Honest customer service, listening to the customer (before and after the sale) and getting us into the right car for our particular needs would have warranted 5's in our book. More

My wife and I were looking for a new car. We had viewed another make of car south of Wesley Chapel Honda, and decided to stop at a Honda dealership because we liked what we saw in the CRV. We happened by Wesley Chapel Honda and decided to stop and see what they had. Now, I hate buying a new car so when we got out of our vehicle to take a look at a CRV in the lot, I cringed when a salesman came in our direction. I did not need to though, because it was Kevin Campbell. He was engaging, knowledgeable, professional and treated us with courtesy and respect. The whole experience from there on out was as pleasant as it could be. We have had our CRV for a week now and absolutely love driving it. I would recommend Kevin as a salesman and Wesley Honda as a dealership. More

Kevin Campbell and R.J. Day were the best to work with. I had a very pleasant experience with both employees. Kevin was a gentleman and very genuine in his sales approach and R.J. Day was calm and underst I had a very pleasant experience with both employees. Kevin was a gentleman and very genuine in his sales approach and R.J. Day was calm and understanding when it came to putting up with my nerves and demands. I never felt pressure to buy my new 2012 Accord. I would certainly recommend Wesley Chapel Honda, Kevin Campbell and R.J. Day to anyone looking for a new and/or used car. Customer service was excellent and I would defintely return to Wesley Chapel Honda when I need another car. More

I really enjoyed my experience at Honda with Kevin Campbell being my salesman, as well as financing with RJ and Rick.
