His favorite type of vehicle would be a Kia Forte Coupe. The best way Kevin would describe himself to a stranger would be a "hard working family man". Kevin's favorite hobbies are playing with his two daughters and watching sports. My entire experience was very pleasant and low key with all parties involved--the internet liason (Jo Dunavent) and the salesman, Kevin Cravo. I especially appreciated the personal service from Jo Dunaven all parties involved--the internet liason (Jo Dunavent) and the salesman, Kevin Cravo. I especially appreciated the personal service from Jo Dunavent, who answered all of my questions via email and then even met me at the dealership location of my choice when I was ready to purchase. It took me several months before I was ready to purchase my Kia Soul, and Ms. Dunavent was completely honest with her responses to my questions. I truly felt that she and the salesman (Kevin Cravo) wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase and it wasn't about their sales production. I will definatley recommend both Jo Dunavent and Kevin Cravo to anyone looking for a good, honest sales team. And by the way, I am very happy with the purchase of my 2012 Kia Soul, not just the car, but the entire experience. More

As my wife describes this car purchase as the most pleasant car buying transaction that we have ever made. When we visited Royal Kia we were greeted outside by salesman Kevin. Kevin asked us to come i pleasant car buying transaction that we have ever made. When we visited Royal Kia we were greeted outside by salesman Kevin. Kevin asked us to come inside for a few moments so he could explain information about the dealership. Kevin then shared with us the no hazzle pricing policy and explained that no sales pressure would occur before, during or after a sale.... once we heard this we knew right then we were at the right car dealership. After test driving the Optima we were impressed with the vehicle but were not ready to make a purchase that day due to our agenda for that day was to just take a look at several makes of cars. We told Kevin that if and when we were ready to buy that we would be trading in another vehicle other than the one we drove to the dealership. Kevin wanted us to meet Trey the sales manager before we left. Kevin told Trey that we had a trade but not with us and didn't have time to return home and get the car that same day. Then we heard the unbelievable..... Trey said that is no problem if you don't mind we will come to your house and look at the trade.... well.... of course no problem but we live in Green Valley 30 miles from here. Well end of story two hours later Kevin and Trey met us at our home, accepted our trade and later that afternoon we were driving home in a 2011 Optima. We are still telling that story to many people and like us they are truly amazed that a car dealer would extend that amount of effort in closing a sale. I think we have met and been introduced to just about everyone that we will come in contact with when we return for service and parts.
