I have bought a car through Herb Chambers before and the salesman's name was Justin Arrigo. I called Justin and he highly recommended Kevin Fitzpatrick of the Chevy dealership. Kevin didn't fit the "car salesman" cliche and was absolutely fantastic to deal with. From the second I walked in until the second I left with my new car I felt no pressure to buy and never felt rushed into a situation that I didn't want to be in. I left feeling like I got a great deal and the best customer service I could've received. Other people I dealt with was Bobby Haddad in finance. He was great to deal with as well and went over the finances thoroughly and really broke down everything into layman's terms. I also had a brief conversation about my experience at Herb Chambers with Brian Dumont who was very pleasant to deal with. I would buy a car from Kevin again without hesitation and I even took a handful of his business cards to hand to coworkers, friends and family. I never met Kevin before entering the building but he made me feel comfortable upon entering. I am sure this wont be the last time I buy a car from him. More

The entire customer service experience was honestly very enjoyable (except for the holiday traffic on Rte 114). She informed the vehicle I was interested in was still available and she immediately transferred me to sales manager Corey Upton. Corey invited me down and introduced me to my salesperson, Kevin Fitzpatrick. I have leased or purchased approximately 15 cars over the years and I can honestly say that Kevin was the most genuine auto dealer I have ever the pleasure of meeting. He took the time to answer all my questions, sat in traffic with me very patiently as we battled holiday traffic and never pressured me throughout the sales process. His professionalism, along with that of sales manager Corey Upton and business manager Bobby Haddad, made the entire process very rewarding. I left the dealership feeling very good about not only the deal I received, but just as importantly, the way I was treated. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I came in hoping to get a quick oil change. I had a young child with me, and needed to get her home as soon as possible. Kevin made it a point to make sure I was put in the front of the line. The customer service at this place is great. I brought my truck in with a couple issues and the woman in service was extremely helpful. While there I visited my sales guy Kevin to say hi but when there he we truck in with a couple issues and the woman in service was extremely helpful. I have been using Herb Chambers Chevrolet for service on my 2009 Impala for over 3 years and have consistently received excellent service from Scott Lyon and the rest of the service department. Based on my experience and the relationship I established with this dealership I felt that it would be in my best interest to buy my new 2014 Impala from Herb Chambers. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Sales department was just as friendly and customer orientated as the service department. The Sales department made buying the new car a very pleasant experience. There was absolutely no pressure. I received excellent competitive pricing from Eduart Lela , General Sales Manager, whose is very customer focused and strives to keep the customer happy. Sales Consultant Kevin Fitzpatrick is very friendly, patient, and customer orientated. After going on several test drives Kevin provided extensive hands on training on the different options and settings on the new high tech Impala. John Doucette the Business Manager was also very friendly and added to making buying this car a pleasant experience. Herb Chambers Chevrolet is an excellent place to buy and service your car. People are friendly, pricing is competitive, service is excellent. This dealership is more like a small family run business than part of a huge multi dealership organization. More

I found it really easy to work with the staff at Chevy Danvers. The sales deparment, especially Kevin Fitzpatrick, was extremely enthusiastic. It's obvious these folks like where they work.
