Kevin Goh whom I assume is the Services Dept. Admin., is great at his job, as well as handling tasks in unison with great customer service, and tact. He’s polite, and so are those whom he works with. I never have any issues with this services dept. they update you timely, and give courtesy estimates, and always do their best to leave you satisfied with their work.
