The people make all the difference! I've never met so many people that were so happy to be at work! The well cared for staff seem to enjoy paying it forward to the customesr. The positive energy within this dealership makes it a wonderful place to experience the car buying process. I went in thinking I was going to be able to take advantage of 4 incentives and walked out with 5 plus a surprise rebate from Allstate, and my insurance isn't even through Allstate (although it will be at my next renewal!) I just can't say enough about everyone I met. I called ahead with the VIN number of the vehicle I had my eye on across town (almost an hour away) and they brought it over for me to test drive and check out. They then offered to deliver it to my house the next day after they processed my paperwork! I feel like I've finally found a dealership where I can go no matter what type of vehicle I'm looking for and they will do everything with only my best interest in mind. Thanks everyone! Scam artists Bought a 2014 Dart brand new and was told if I brought it there for oil changes, they'd warranty the car for as long as I owed it. Got it in writing. Bought a 2014 Dart brand new and was told if I brought it there for oil changes, they'd warranty the car for as long as I owed it. Got it in writing. Being that it is a Dart, plenty has went wrong with it that shouldn't be for a new car and low and behold they don't want to warranty anything. Will never buy another Chrysler/ Fiat product ever again let alone buy from these fools. More

When that lease was up I took it back to haasz and got a jeep. Then i took that in for a oil change and they forget to close the oil door and its dragging all the way home. Again here was the please forgive us blah blah blah. So we were looking for a car after my wife got in a accident and we found what we were looking for at haasz. Went into buy it Nov and took till 1-11-19 to get the title. We had bad service our time wasted calls to the gm with multiple times being told I will get back to you and no response last call was Christmas week and here we are 3 weeks or so later and nothing. Called and email Mr. Haasz to no reply from him. Apparently he doesnt care how his customers are handled or doesnt have the guts to deal with pissed off people. 3x's we gave you chances. More
