set up for failure I visited this location on 6/15/15. I was immediately shown cars that were in my "range" as far as price. I was given keys to test drive etc. After ab I visited this location on 6/15/15. I was immediately shown cars that were in my "range" as far as price. I was given keys to test drive etc. After about 6 hours of debating on the car I liked, I made a decision,then I was given a reason on why that wouldn't be possible so I was steered in another direction where another decision was made and paperwork was drawn up for. I was told the car would be delivered to me the next day after I obtained full coverage insurance.The next day I'm texting the car salesman I was dealing with asking specific questions about the car and the status and I recieve little to no response....then he calls me saying no banks would approve me without $3000 down. Now this is bazaar because the day before they offered me a deal with 0 money down and this and that. I wasted so much time dealing with this place and it has turned out to be my worst experience to date. Words can't describe how dissatisfied I am with the experience and the protocol. More

Buying Experience My son Alex had been to the dealership earlier in the day and spoke to Bernard. We went after I got off of work to make a deal. The manager Mike And My son Alex had been to the dealership earlier in the day and spoke to Bernard. We went after I got off of work to make a deal. The manager Mike Anderson, would not make a deal over a $300 difference, telling us he would prefer to take his chances selling the vehicle at auction. We left, as we felt very strongly that a $300 reduction in price was not asking too much. My sons called the dealership back to see if we could get the $300 reduction, and once elevated to the General Manager we were asked to back in and make the deal we originally had requested. Bernard and Kevin were great. The matter was out of their hands at this point. Quite honestly, the rating of my experience would have been very poor if it were not for John Haddock. He is very personable and professional. He is a terrific representative for Rusty Wallis More
