UNPROFESSIONAL I worked via phone for over a week to purchase two vehicles from this dealership. I expressed my interest in purchasing there to get the zero % financing specials numerous times to the sales representative. I have owned 3 Toyota vehicles between 2007-2016. I drove 45 minutes to this dealership, they played games w me for over two hours and then I was informed by the finance manager that my credit score would not allow 0% financing. I have previously financed three vehicles through SETF , two of which had 0%.... let me add that this entire time, I had a 10 month old baby with me. The finance manager made me feel like a low vlass patron. I am a successful business owner in Florence. So... I drove next door to Honda and bought a crv! My credit scores were 20 points higher than the piece of paper that man put in front of me at Toyota. I have never been treated that way buying vehicles. I will return to Honda of Decatur in a month to purchase an hrv for my daughter. If you can, buy somewhere else...this dealership is UNPROFESSIONAL! More

(Although the dealership in Tuscumbia does deserve an honorabl Kenny Key worked hard to ensure that I got what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. (Although the dealership in Tuscumbia does deserve an honorable mention, they beat the Decatur price by $100.00 but that was not enough for me to spend the extra driving time) In the beginning I was really not sure exactly which Tundra version I wanted, I just knew that I wanted a Tundra with leather seats. Kenney helped me to narrow the choices down and was able to locate a model that I wanted. Also those of you thinking of using the “truecar” app, it is a joke. If you want to buy whatever they have on the lot it is probably OK but if you want a specific model in a specific color you can really forget about it. The people will not work with you and once they find out you want something different from what is already on the lot they will stop contacting you. I drove from Harvest, Alabama to buy at Decatur bypassing the dealership in Huntsville. The Huntsville dealership though they definitely called me a lot, they eventually could not meet my price target. I certainly recommend that if you want to buy a Toyota (new or used) that you contact Kenny Key at Decatur. If you live on the west side of North Alabama then I would consider the Tuscumbia dealership as they also seem to have reasonable people that want to work with you but I would still call the Decatur dealer ship to check their prices. More
