I grew up in Villanova and had an early fascination with automobiles. I subscribed to all the car magazines, basically devouring every issue as soon as it arrived. What I value about being here at Otto’s is how it has led me to feel more entwined with this community. I go to the supermarket, I see our clients; I got to Costco, I see our clients, I go into West Chester for dinner, I see our clients. I really appreciate the sense of pride and connection that generates. I find it surprisingly fulfilling.

What an amazing experience! I am seriously just amazed at how wonderful my experience at otto’s. This is not my first bmw at otto’s but the experience is literally top of the lin I am seriously just amazed at how wonderful my experience at otto’s. Our current and past experience with purchase and service has always been "Excellent" and the facility and details are extremely impressive. Heath Cameron was very professional and thorough in demonstrating the features of our new BMW 328I Xdrive. Heath, Wilmer and the Otto's team went out of their way and worked to insure our purchase and vehicle was perfect at time of delivery. We even received a followup call from Heath to ask how the car performed on our 600 mile return trip home. We will definitely use Otto's for future purchases. Can't say enough about Otto's and Staff. Service Just had my wife’s 2016 M235 in for service and can’t say enough about the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE we received at Otto’s BMW. They always treat my wife & I like celebrities and provide us with up to date information and provided us with a loaner which greatly helped with our hectic work schedules. From the moment you pull up to drop your car off your always promptly greeted and then taken to your service advisor in a very timely manner. Special thanks to Joe Izzy (service advisor), Dave Winnemore (Shop foreman), Jake Zimmerman (Shop technician) and Chris Clayton (Service Manager). Our vehicle was spotless on the day of delivery and Kevin spent all the time we needed to teach us every nuance on how to safely and efficiently operate our new purchase. By the time we left, and my wife holding a gift in hand from the dealership, you felt like you had touched base with old friends, made some new friends, and you know Otto's will be there if you need any type of assistance in the future.
