After almost a week of getting the run-around at local dealers regarding financing and advertised rebates, I found Coconut Creek on the internet. The hours were until 9pm, so I made the 45 mile drive north praying I wasn't wasting a trip. Eli told me on the phone he would not waste my time and he didn't. Kevin in finance quickly got the tons of paperwork together and I went this morning, took my old tag from my wrecked car and Christine was so helpful. Put the tag on, installed floor mats and I was on my way. The internet sales team doesn't mess around. IF they tell you they can put you in a car, they will. From customer service to price, this dealership is top notch! After two horrible car buying experiences over the past few years at other dealerships, looking to purchase another car was not something I wa notch! After two horrible car buying experiences over the past few years at other dealerships, looking to purchase another car was not something I was looking forward to. However, after some research I decided to give Coconut Creek Hyundai a try to see if trading in my Honda (which I was upside down on) was in the realm of possibility. I went online and provided my information and shortly after I received a phone call from Kevin. Kevin was polite and seemed eager to do what he could to help me trade in my car and get into something brand new. I was never pressured to come in, or put down more money, or felt as if I needed to make a quick decision. After hearing what he had to say, I decided to go to the dealer to meet with him and test drive the Sonata. Kevin was just as polite and welcoming in person as he was on the phone. In fact, many employees acknowledged me or said "congrat's" as I was purchasing my new car. I've never seen that at a dealer before. Long story short, I felt this dealer did what they could to help a lady out that made some bad prior car purchases in her life. Kevin was wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. The finance guy I dealt with (sorry, can't remember his name) was very upbeat and personable. I definitely enjoyed this car buying experience. Oh and I was in and out in about 3.5-4 hours!! I was amazed at how fast everything went. I've been stuck at previous dealers for 6 to 7 hours, so I was pretty impressed. So... go see Kevin and he'll definitely try and help you out the best he can!! More
