Let me start by saying I have purchased somewhere in the vicinity of probably 15 vehicles from Long McArthur which most recently included 2 new Lincoln MKZ's today. I have purchased Lincoln cars, Ford F-15 vicinity of probably 15 vehicles from Long McArthur which most recently included 2 new Lincoln MKZ's today. I have purchased Lincoln cars, Ford F-150's, Ford F-250's, and a Raptor from LM. If you want to get a relationship with a dealer, this is the location for you. Even on my first trips several years back it was not the standard high pressure "what do we have to do to make this sale" type of dealership. After building the relationship with the dealership, I now purchase vehicles primarily through email and know everyone on a first name basis. There is no pressure to buy, I am able to try out anything I am thinking about purchasing, and have custom ordered several new vehicles without a hitch. My longest relationship is with Kevin Sander who is the General Sales Manager now, and if you want to see a guy that always has a smile on his face this fellow amazes me that he never seems to have a bad day. Very down to earth and doesn't try any trickery or other tactics since he is a manager. He basically utilizes facts and how he arrived at them to negotiate what is fair for the buyer and the seller. Keep in mind every dealership has to make a profit and each patron should also feel like they got a good deal. Kevin has never made me think I didn't get a good deal. Whether it is the price of my trade in, or the price of an outright buy I always feel like I got a good deal. In a couple of words, this fellow is simply an honest and nice guy that tries everything he can to make the customer happy. Ben Ashmore has been my sales consultant for several years and also does everything within his power to make sure the purchase is flawless and as painless as possible. We all know that buying a car isn't always the most fun activity one does in their lifetime but dealing with Ben makes it not seem bad at all. He is a funny guy that you can rest assured will send you personal letters with his patented face drawing that he does by hand once you are his customer. If you see something you didn't understand, want more information on, need help finding a fit for your needs, etc. Ben will do whatever he can to get you all setup and get you any information or explanations you may desire. You will just have to buy something from him to know what the hand drawn face picture looks like! Rob Murphy has been my finance guy since he started there a few years back and again this is not your typical dealership finance guy you would expect to run in to. He explains everything thoroughly without boring you to death. He quickly explains additional options in enough detail to understand what other items are available if you would like them but in no way pressures you to do any of them. Whether it is an extended warranty or paint protection, or just understanding your purchase, Rob is precise and fun to deal with. Again, no pressure anywhere in the process..... Derek Lee is the General Manager of the dealership and I have known him for years as well. I hate to admit it but every time I walk in these days (which isn't often since I now live in Kansas City and they are in Salina), he calls me "Easy Money". It is just a sign of how they build relationships with their customers instead of the customer just being a name in the system. I know he calls me that as I am a frequent buyer and usually (but not always) buy something when I am looking at a potential vehicle. His name for me is far from offensive as it is actually accurate. I don't take much effort to sell as I always know I am getting a good deal after so many transactions. Another great fellow at this dealership.... I know this is a rather long review but I cannot begin to tell you how easy and painless this dealership is to deal with. I would recommend this crew for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I have only had a couple of vehicle warranty issues over time that I purchased from them and the typical question these days is "Where are you and when can I send someone to get your vehicle so we can get it taken care of?" This isn't a car mill that runs you through the line and then forgets about you. In short, if you want a car/truck/SUV, I have dealt with many dealerships and this one is by far the absolute best one I deal with. I am not just a Ford or Lincoln guy, I deal with other types of dealerships as well depending on what I am looking for and this dealership is by far the easiest to get a deal done with. Aaron S. More

After our purchase our farmbureau agent told us we were intitled to a $5oo rebate a sent us the info. We took it to the dealer and were told that they used it to get our price of the car down. But at no ti intitled to a $5oo rebate a sent us the info. We took it to the dealer and were told that they used it to get our price of the car down. But at no time were we informed of the rebate or given the option to use it on the purchase of our car. It was our rebate to use and they used it without our permission. We were very disappointed that it was handled the way it was. Mike Solis was not aware of it and we were very happy with him as our saleperson. We were not happy with the way this was handled, but what do we do about this issue now, they have already used our rebate, not saying we would not have used it on the purchase of the car, but we were not given the chance to decide. I am sure nothing will be done, but wanted to vent our disappointment on how this was handled. More
