I along with my parents came in late on Tuesday night disgusted from another dealer, Kevin Velentine asked what I was interested in which was a used Titan 4X4, unfortunatly there was none on the lot, but disgusted from another dealer, Kevin Velentine asked what I was interested in which was a used Titan 4X4, unfortunatly there was none on the lot, but Kevin asked if we had time to come in to explore other options, and we did. He explained all the incentives on buying a new truck which was scary for a 20 year old. But with Kevin patients we found my dream truck located else where, Being 2 days before Thanksgiving I had my heart set on having it in time to show all my family, very nicely Kevin explained that he would make no promises but would do everything in his power to get my that truck in time. I arrived at Newton Nissan late Wednesday Night after everyone left,but Bruce and Kevin had my brand new Smoke colored 2011 Nissan Titan 4X4 ready for me. As late as it was Kevin took the time to explain every towing feature and back up sensor, Blue tooth, radio stations, seats and everything else. Kevin was truely going above and beyond for the sake of a customer!!! More

This was my first visit to Newton Nissan. I was in the market for a new car and my plans were to visit several dealerships before making a decision. I met Kevin Valentine and he asked what price range I w market for a new car and my plans were to visit several dealerships before making a decision. Kevin kept my payment range in mind and showed me cars that I might like that would fit into my budget. Once I made my decision. He went over the owner manual and pointed out things I needed to know. He walked around the car and made sure I understood the different function and could work them. Needless to say I left Newton Nissan with a new 2011 Cube krom and was a very please customer. “kudos” to Kevin!! More

This was the fist time I felt comfortable buying a new car. From the time I walked in the front door until I drove off the lot in my new Rogue it was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and Kevin went out of his way to help us even when we thought we would not be able to get a car at all. He found us something we could afford and that would work with our trade in. help us even when we thought we would not be able to get a car at all. The manager and Kevin found us a truck with rebates that helped us get where we need to be and never pressured us to buy anything we didn't want or couldn't handle. I received phone calls and emails after buying the truck making sure we were doing ok with everything and that the truck was working out. I have never had a sales person or dealership call me after I left. They usually treat you like they made the sale now they are done with you. I never felt like that with this deal. More

I bought a new Nissan a few years ago from Kevin when he worked for Hippodrome Nissan, which is now closed. When I decided to purchase another new Nissan my first thought was "find Kevin." My first sales ex worked for Hippodrome Nissan, which is now closed. When I decided to purchase another new Nissan my first thought was "find Kevin." My first sales experience with him was so positive that I felt he was the best place to start my search. I finally located him at Newton Nissan of Gallatin. I contacted him and he was the same upbeat, friendly Kevin. He did remember me from the previous sale, which amazed me based on his years of work in sales and I'm sure a billion cars that he's sold! He asked what I was looking for. I told him and he took care of the rest. He took time to explain option packages, pricing and vehicle features as compared to similar models. He was very well informed about the products he sells. Kevin said the dealership did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock at the time, but that he could locate one. Within one day he found the vehicle I wanted and had it at the dealership! The rest is history, again. Because Kevin had been so thorough in finding out what vehicle I wanted, the minute I saw and drove the one he located I was pleased. I did buy from Kevin again. Newton Nissan was very friendly and answered every question I had. There was never any pressure to purchase a vehicle. The dealership environment seemed calm, organized and everyone smiled. Kevin took me to meet the service director and personally took me to finance. Super nice people! Overall great experience. Definitely I would recommend Newton Nissan. If you don't buy from Kevin your missing out on a great experience! Good job Newton for picking him up! More
