Awesome experience I have been going to Riverchase Kia for my car maintenance for years. I went back for the purchase of my Kia Sorento! Lionel Lee was my sales person. I have been going to Riverchase Kia for my car maintenance for years. I went back for the purchase of my Kia Sorento! Lionel Lee was my sales person. He gave me excellent customer service, walked me through the entire experience and told me what to expect at every moment of the deal. I would recommend Lionel any day as a sales person and will go back to him again for my next vehicle purchase. Awesome and caring salesman! Lionel Lee rocks! More

Friendly Knowlegable Staff This dealership was very busy on the day I arrived from out of town to look at a preowned car they had on the lot. I though, oh no, this is gonna take This dealership was very busy on the day I arrived from out of town to look at a preowned car they had on the lot. I though, oh no, this is gonna take forever. But to my surprise I was assigned a great salesman who answered all my questions and worked with me throughout the whole car buying process. It was fast and effortless. The finance manager was very nice and efficient. I was impressed with this dealership and I am Extremly happy with my purchase. Thanks for helping me with my dream car! More

Our sales rep worked very hard to find the right car Lots of positive reasons to purchase a car from this dealership. Sales rep stayed with us from start to finish. He was very polite and respectful. We did have a couple of bumps in our overall process but when Marshell and Woody found out about it they contacted us immediately and corrected the problem. Can't ask for much more than that. You find out the true character of a place when there is a problem. Everything is all pretty and shiny at first, it's how they act when something goes wrong that you get to see reality. The reality here is that they will work and work quickly to make the customer happy. They care. A huge difference here was that we never felt that Marshell (our sales rep) was rude or pushy. He never got aggravated with our requests to look at another car even though we looked a different types of cars. He put a lot of effort to figure out what we needed then went and got it. I would recommend anyone to work with Marshell when buying a new or used car. He really knows all the details about the cars and won't quit until he finds you what you want. We are very happy with our 'new to us' car. More

Working Magic I stopped in after work to "look" at cars. I had found on in another city but really didn't want to travel so far from home (4 hours)l. I found one I I stopped in after work to "look" at cars. I had found on in another city but really didn't want to travel so far from home (4 hours)l. I found one I liked, the 2017 Forte, but we just couldn't get the financials where I wanted. I left and made it half way home (45 minutes) when my salesman Mark called and said that the finance manager had worked some magic and gotten me into a nicer car with no money down and payments where I needed them. This was all with pretty substantial negative equity for the car I already had. I LOVE my new 2016 Kia Optima and really appreciate everyone that worked so hard to help me. More
