James helped me with my purchase of a 2023 4Runner TRD ORP. Initially, I had put the deposit down while I was stationed in Germany (active duty). He was transparent along the way with updates. Unfortunately, I was on a tight timeline due to me moving to another duty station and needing a vehicle for the move.
