This dealership is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. I bought my 2020 Nissan Versa from this location back in 2020. On 7/24/23 I took my car to the service department to replace all 4 of my dealt with. I bought my 2020 Nissan Versa from this location back in 2020. On 7/24/23 I took my car to the service department to replace all 4 of my tires. Nothing was wrong with my car as I always keep up with the regular maintenance. I just needed new tires put on my car. I pick my car up the same day and it’s driving terribly. Constant shaking and vibrating while I’m driving. I take my car back on 7/25/23. I dropped it off and picked it up on 7/26/23. I was told that there was a “weight malfunction” on the 2 front tires and that they were rebalanced. This time my car was driving a little better but was still shaking and vibrating above 50 mph. I take my car back on 7/28/23 and explain all of this to a service advisor. The service advisor then goes and explains all of this to the manager in front of me and the manager says “she can drop it off but we’ll get to it when we get to it. We have 50 appointments today”. I am extremely appalled at the lack of customer service by the manager. I should not have to take my car back to this service center 3 times in one week for something as routine as replacing tires. After reading similar reviews, it seems like this service center doesn’t know what they’re doing and the managers don’t care about the customers. I would advise everyone to take their money elsewhere. The sales department is just as bad. More

Thinking I was at a Priority dealership I thought I was getting a free oil change. At no point throughout the whole experience; making the appointment or checking in, did I get told an estimate for the wo getting a free oil change. At no point throughout the whole experience; making the appointment or checking in, did I get told an estimate for the work that was going to be done until once it was done. So instead of free, I'm now faced with a $76 bill! and all I get is "sorry but the work is already done". Ok, if this is the way you do business... Then go ahead and have my $76, but I definitely won't be coming back. More

0 STARS. On 7/17/23 I brought my car in (that was bought in April 2023 from this dealership) for an engine malfunction notification for the third time. On 7/2 On 7/17/23 I brought my car in (that was bought in April 2023 from this dealership) for an engine malfunction notification for the third time. On 7/21/23, I was notified the service was complete and to pick up my car. As I am driving back home, the same light comes on. I return the car immediately. On 7/22/23, I was notified the service was complete and to pick up my car. On 7/23/23 at 3:40 pm, the same light comes back on. I have been attempting to call the service department since 7/24/23 with no success. More

Anton from sales was rude and being very arrogant and service team was acting clueless about details regarding my vehicle that just got serviced. I had to ask for a service report for the diagnostic test service team was acting clueless about details regarding my vehicle that just got serviced. I had to ask for a service report for the diagnostic test that was done on my car which should have been given to me once the keys to my vehicle was turned back over to me. Pretty sad that personnel who have encounters with public were not better than that. Definitely would not recommend. More

When I purchased my Nissan, I was given Nissan for Life, meaning free oil changed and state inspections. Now they have decided they will no longer honor that, and didn’t bother to tell us when we dropped of meaning free oil changed and state inspections. We’ve also asked them to correct the phone number on our account at least a dozen times and it has never happened. Needless to say, we won’t be taking the car here anymore and I won’t be purchasing from Nissan of Richmond again. More

I got a flat brought my car in for a tire and wheel locks when I picked my car up they had way too much air in the tire and didn’t know I purchased a wheel lock I had to ask for it there is dent in my rim as when I picked my car up they had way too much air in the tire and didn’t know I purchased a wheel lock I had to ask for it there is dent in my rim asked about a new one they just recommended an alloy rim place never gave me a quote for a new one my tire pressure should be 37 the tire pressure on the new tire was at 49 they ask me to bring it back but I was already home knew it was driving funny had to bring it somewhere else to take air out you would think if you go to a dealer you would get better service More
