Wow! ! The service that I received was simply AMAZING!! Khalil was the BEST!! He was knowledgeable and truly PROFESSIONAL!! Khalil quoted me an hour for an ! The service that I received was simply AMAZING!! Khalil was the BEST!! He was knowledgeable and truly PROFESSIONAL!! Khalil quoted me an hour for an oil change and iI actually waited an hour 10 minutes only!!!! The service has truly improved at Richmond NISSAN!! I can't wait to visit again!! More

First car in the morning for oil change. Two hours later no car. Went to ask about it and saw it outside. Mr Smith never told me it was finished. No paperwork. He tried to charge me double of what the coupon stated. Management is always somewhere else when you have problem. The only saving grace is the cashier. She calmed me and another disgruntled customer. Spent almost 4 hours there. Would not recommend this dealership. More
