Christina was super professional, patient and friendly. The rest of the experience was awful. We were there for 4 1/2 hours under blasting (if you could call it) music. Every step of the way it was wait The rest of the experience was awful. We were there for 4 1/2 hours under blasting (if you could call it) music. Every step of the way it was wait, wait, wait. There was one other customer the entire time we were there. What was the mystery holdup in the 'back room'? When we finally got to finance we had to suffer through the 'new guy' being trained by the experienced guy. It was exhausting. We would have left but you know cars are hard to come by. The experienced guy went on and on about buying extras. We said no to all but the next morning I discovered we were charged $995 for extended coverage. Very upsetting. More
