Service was OUTSTANDING AS USUAL .Mechanic TOM YOUNG ,has serviced my 2011, F250 Diesel Truck since I purchased it right from the factory. I always request TOM for my service work. I have purchased several vehicles from Gordie Boucher of West Bend over the past years. Three years ago my wife and I moved to Tennessee. When I looked to replace my F-150 with a 2021 model I checked four West Bend over the past years. Three years ago my wife and I moved to Tennessee. When I looked to replace my F-150 with a 2021 model I checked four dealerships in Tennessee. The four dealerships together did not equate to one Boucher! I am 1400 miles round trip from Boucher and I still decided to order my new truck from them. That should speak volumes about their dealership. Very good experience. We will be bring both vehicle there. We had issues with hiser Ford. Oil was leaking from the frame and was not cleaned. Dropped truck off by 6:45 am and out the key in the box for service scheduled at 2:30pm. At 3:45pm, called to ask if trucks oil change was done and they said I never dropped the truck off. I told them it for service scheduled at 2:30pm. At 3:45pm, called to ask if trucks oil change was done and they said I never dropped the truck off. I told them it was dropped off before they even opened in the morning. The person on the phone then said they checked the box 5 minutes before I was there. Meanwhile there were people inside watching me put the key in the box. So they knew I put the key in there. They then said they will get the oil change done in the next hour. I got a call just before 5pm that the truck was done. Poor service and and accurately blaming the customer. More
