Customer service was great. From the entry to the exit, the staff (especially Kim) were pleasant and serving. Each process went smoothly. Need more mechanics I have confidence in the work which is done on both our cars. I worked with Kim in the service department and she was great. She kept me informed and I have confidence in the work which is done on both our cars. I worked with Kim in the service department and she was great. She kept me informed and did keep apologizing for the service department having our car from Monday at 7:30 am until to Wednesday at 4:30 pm. That was way too long to have our car. The only two things I can think of is they just put my car aside because I was not waiting or you must have about 4 mechanics and need about 10. The work that was done was fine but you need to correct the waiting period. I could see his happening if I just walked in but I had an appointment which I had made a month ahead so I could have the 7:30 time. More

If they tell you 30mins. Expect to be there 3 times as long 25 words isn’t enough! Had car 5 days for warranty work. Gave it back with a jacked up wheel. Great service I took in my 2016 Malibu for a recall and oil change. There was also a check engine light on, which turned out to be due to a squirrel partying with I took in my 2016 Malibu for a recall and oil change. There was also a check engine light on, which turned out to be due to a squirrel partying with my gas line. I was provided a loaner so was not at all inconvenienced while the work was performed. Very satisfied with this dealership This is the second time I have been to the service department at this dealership. The first visit was for an oil change and a recall on my car. Everyo This is the second time I have been to the service department at this dealership. The first visit was for an oil change and a recall on my car. Everyone that works there is friendly and the service department really takes care of the customers. The second visit was the same experience in and out and they gave me a loaner vehicle without me having to ask. Just overall both visits were great. More

Very Pleasant as usual I was greeted & waited on as soon as I pulled up. They quickly discovered my 2014 Cruz needed a new Fuel pump and a Camshaft Solenoid. I forgot to I was greeted & waited on as soon as I pulled up. They quickly discovered my 2014 Cruz needed a new Fuel pump and a Camshaft Solenoid. I forgot to mention the loud chirping noise but the Technician found the problem and that was fixed also. Even though my car is four (4) years old it was all covered under warranty which really helped as I lost my job of 38 years in May. They shuttled me down to Viviano's in old Fenton to wait. It was only 9:30 a.m. Kim Hausmann took the time to call them & make sure they were open! Very nice, I had a nice lunch & then was picked up promptly when the car was done. More

Very polite and informative While waiting for oil change I did walk the showroom. I was actually thinking of trading up. Maybe even a new Camero. I have a solid payment history w While waiting for oil change I did walk the showroom. I was actually thinking of trading up. Maybe even a new Camero. I have a solid payment history with Alley and my credit has improved to the high 700s. Excellent actually so financing would not of been a problem. However every sales person had their faces in their phones to even notice me. Sad. More
