Hi, my name is Kim Rafferty and I have been working in the service field for 30 years. I have studied Diesel Mechanics as a vocational in high school and received journeyman certificate with 3000 hours completed, and have been working for car dealerships in the service field my entire career. Haasz Auto Family has been a great place to work and I have now been here since September 1st, 2014. I am so glad I decided work for Haasz Auto family and the Chrysler brand, also want you to know that I will make sure you have a great experience and get a fair deal with your repairs. Having already Master Certification through Chrysler, I have also been awarded multiple awards from Ford Motor Co. including Blue Oval Master certified.. When I am not working I enjoy spending time outdoors and performing martial arts. I have achieved a silver medal, a bronze medal for XMA and was awarded a 3rd degree black belt. And also support my Husband in his racing endeavors.

Me and my better half recently purchased a 2018 Dodge Charger GT Plus (we absolutely love this car, we make excuses to drive it) from Haasz Automall. We traveled from Buffalo, NY. From the moment we walk Charger GT Plus (we absolutely love this car, we make excuses to drive it) from Haasz Automall. We traveled from Buffalo, NY. From the moment we walked in we were given a welcoming greeting from the entire staff. Jon Oriakhi was very professional and diligent, but also wasn't pushy at all. We ran into a couple hiccups or over sights after the purchase was finalized, however we communicated it to Jon and he had it sorted out promptly. Also, Matt Young was extremely helpful. Jon, Kenny, and even Justin, the sales manager, and Kim, from F&I, were all just pleasant to do business with and down to earth. Another thing I noticed off the bat was that EVERY used car comes with a Carfax. I personally am a no BS type person and appreciate upfront honesty. HIGHLY recommend these folks if you are looking for a good, clean, and affordable vehicle! :) More

Purchasing my new to me 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee was a breeze with Haasz. Andy and Julie made me feel like a priority and made it a quick and easy process for me.
