I was in the market for a new car and visited multiple dealerships. While my experience with other dealerships was unpleasant (to put it mildly) eCarOne was quite the opposite - and that is in large part dealerships. While my experience with other dealerships was unpleasant (to put it mildly) eCarOne was quite the opposite - and that is in large part due to Kim Tran. She had cars ready for me to test drive and she was extremely professional. There were no pushy sales tactics, just a professional who existed to serve the customer and showed genuine interest in assisting me with my purchase.
