She is highly knowledgeable in all areas, from details about the car, itself, to warranty/purchasing options as well transport logistics. This was my first time buying a car entirely remote, which even included a trade, and Kim made the entire process a total breeze!! She was not only super responsive and informative, she was so warm and kind, it was like buying from my bestie! Elias in financing was also top notch! He clearly explained the the details of the warranty options I was interested in (even taking the time to call on his day off!), and went the extra mile in negotiating the final details. The car is just gorgeous!! It’s even better in person - of course it’s easy to love!! It’s Kim and Elias, as well as Angela and the entire team at eCarOne who truly made the difference, and made this an entirely personalized experience.
