Greg Sims (sales) was very pleasant without any pressure, helped with all of our questions and approval process in short order, and set up a delivery time promptly. He had the initial paperwork ready for signature with copies made, as soon as we arrived (very quick process.) All financial numbers lined up with what was agreed upon previously. The car was prepped and showroom clean with tags and registration, ready for pick up same day (amazing.) Carlos Gonzales was excellent, making the Finance office process short and sweet, again providing numbers that perfectly aligned with what was agreed upon and no pressure tactics (only suggesting what might add benefit to our purchase.) I had asked for a quote on a new vehicle and had follow up calls from internet team to come in. I spoke to specialist 10 minutes before coming I. So I would have assumed she would have checked that car was available. At the dealership, I was told car was coming from a different lot and I could test drive a different color. After the test drive, I was informed the car I had wanted had been sold. I was also informed that the price quoted to me in bold letters was for “Honda Family” members and my price would have been $750 more (this information was in the tiny fine print on the bottom of the quote). I was also informed that the interest rate that was sent to me was only if “bought down” the rate. I wrote back to the manager and Internet specialist expressing my dissatisfaction, but both emails were ignored. More
