Everything good. They delivered ad promised on everything we agreed on and returned the car washed and earlier than expected. Would recommend to other Volvo users. we agreed on and returned the car washed and earlier than expected. Would recommend to other Volvo users. More

Very professional and courteous staff. Although I had to return, I was still satisfied with the service I received. I have been servicing my car here since I bought it in 2009. return, I was still satisfied with the service I received. I have been servicing my car here since I bought it in 2009. More

This place is a joke. Don't go. I demand Executive Action. It was bad enough to pay $200 for a part and $225 for installation labor but then (with an appointment) I sat outside in the cold for over 3 Action. It was bad enough to pay $200 for a part and $225 for installation labor but then (with an appointment) I sat outside in the cold for over 3 hours (not even being offered anything to drink). Only to find out when I got home (because the key was already in the ignition when I left) that my ignition key had been broken. I called as soon as I noticed and was told "The key was in the ignition when I got it". I gave the key (with the key pushed in) to the person that took the car from me when I arrived. I specifically said to him, oh you need the key" while handing it to him. Plus they had tagged the keys which was not done while in the ignition! So who did it on your end is irrelevant to the fact that the key was broken while in your possession. The person on the phone said, "Oh I don't think we will cover that" and I responded, but you guys broke it. He said, "Ok, well let me check" and hung up on me. Dealer services are supposed to be high end, that's why, we pay higher costs. I should not have to pay for something that clearly was not an issue prior to coming to your dealership for service. I would appreciate a swift resolution in repairing the key that was broken by your employees during their possession of it. More
