Kobe Hiltz was so helpful in getting my Ram 2500 diagnosed and into the service bay quickly. He was very courteous and kept me informed while I waited in the customer lounge. I received the video from mechanic Mike Warkocz showing me what the problem was and what was done to correct it. Within minutes my truck was waiting for me and Kobe arrived to give me my key.
