I spent days calling dealerships, and driving around lots. After staying late on a Friday night to answer my last minute call, I knew Andy was the person to do business with. He didn’t rush me off the phone, answered all my questions, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He had the vehicle ready when I got there to test drive. Everyone there was incredibly helpful, and not in a cheesy sales pitch way. Genuine people, cared for cars, and unbeatable price points. They made the process so easy, thank you! More

Teresa was very knowledgeable about the finance process. We got all the info we needed to make a good choice on maintenance and extended warranty packages. Service department is good and service manager Dale is great help. Andy was great in helping to find us the right car for our needs. Kory was great helping with the xm-radio and getting the speakers set up correctly. Detail job of the car was also well done. More

We had a very good experience with Shields Auto Center. We hadn't bought a truck in a while so the features on the truck had changed a lot. He was not pushy at all with the sell and was very personal, making sure that we did not have any questions at all. When everything was done, we felt like we had made a new friend. More
