I had the absolute great fortune of meeting Kristen DeMars at Toyota Gladstone and all of my fears and generalizations about car salespeople were totally obliterated. Kristen is the real deal. Someone who isn't just trying to "get you into a car today" but someone who genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals and who wants you to walk away happy. I am a Realtor and I know the difference between someone who really cares about their customers and someone who is looking for a quick sale. Her # is in my phone and I now tell people I have a Toyota person for them if they need someone. We just purchased our second Toyota, a new Highlander, and I didn't even think about another brand because we just wanted to work with Kristen. We are 1000% satisfied, will refer her to everyone, and I'll be back for sure. More

Excellent 😛 I found out i had to get another car ASAP I commute 50 miles a day and I knew I needed something that got good mpg I did my research, so when my ser I found out i had to get another car ASAP I commute 50 miles a day and I knew I needed something that got good mpg I did my research, so when my service guy, Steven, set me up with a sales person he thought would work best with who I am I got her team member,Wade. Wade then set a time for us to get together Unfortunately when we did, I only had 25 minutes to see my choices Wade was on it!!! He went from one car t another Telling everything I needed to know about each one in 20 words or less He so impressed me on his enthusiasm and speed/ knowledge Next meeting we test drove and he got me to the table with the smart choice and kept getting the deal better and better I put $ down to secure deal and went home to sleep on it At this point I am buying a new car within 2 days after I found I needed another one to get to work On my way home I called my dad 2 hours later he called to tell me he set up another deal for my birthday He worked with Kristin at Gladstone that happened to be Wade’s team members Good!!! So I then contacted Kristin and from here to driving home in a new Prius 2 tinted windows and all ( everything I asked for plus balloons for my birthday that Kristin got by request of my father) I only was constantly shocked and thankful for how much Kristin had done for me and my father 😊 She is thorough, pleasant, honest, helpful, open to being there for me whenever ( she told me to call her if I needed when I got off work at midnight if the car didn’t make sense to me😜) All together I really appreciate Kristin for all she did for me and my father, long distance in Hawaii Toyota, at Gladstone ( and corporation) has taken good/ excellent care of me and my 2007 Yaris for 10+ years ( which I would love to say my Yaris is a wonderful car and I wish more knew what great cars they are) I only got a new cause I finally saved enough for the new technology and the Yaris body cracked bringing in water even on a day it sprinkled Oregon rains too much to also drive a puddle around 😛 Thank you soo much you all🤗 Service- Manager, Daniel ( from years ago), and Steven, presently Wade and Kristin in sales And the rest who have always made Gladstone feel comfortable to us locals 😊 Brittany Sandstrom, 2007 Yaris to 2018 Prius 2 I More

They were all courteous, to the point, and provided options without applying pressure. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally and my expections were all met, or exceeded. Exceptional customer service! ♥️ First off I started my car buying journey yesterday. I had a timeline of two days to find a car. I had no idea of what make or model I wanted coming i First off I started my car buying journey yesterday. I had a timeline of two days to find a car. I had no idea of what make or model I wanted coming into Toyota of Gladstone. I did minor research and knew the color scheme I wanted to go for. I met with Jake today who walked me through step by step the process of purchasing a new car. I gave him two models that would be within my price range. Jake went above and beyond to make sure what I was asking for and needing in a new car- made happen on his end and that would also make me happy. This is my first car buying purchase on my own- which already made me very hesitant and anxious and stressful to begin with. Especially with having gone to three other dealerships prior to Toyota and being bombarded with high pressure salesman who couldn’t find the car I neeeded or that would fit in my price range. As soon as I walked in the door at Toyota of Gladstone Jake Spinner greeted me, ready and willing to help me find the car that would best fit all my needs. He dealt with my dad and I back and fourth arguing and made sure to listen to what was most important and not waste any of my time. What I liked most about Jake was his honesty, integrity and his sincere love and passion for his job. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable and found the car I had been asking for- without having to look at our test drive multiple cars. I would highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone and personally recommend Jake Spinner to anyone of my friends, coworkers and family. Jake will not pressure you- but rather make you feel as if you were getting the best and most friendly car buying experience possible. He is a funny and goofy guy- will make you laugh and make your car buying experience FUN. Yeah who would ever guess buying a new car would be fun, haha. Gladstone & Kristin make buying a car almost enjoyable! We all know the jokes about car dealers and dealerships. I purchased a 2017 Toyota iA in July 2017. It was the most pleasant car-buying experience I We all know the jokes about car dealers and dealerships. I purchased a 2017 Toyota iA in July 2017. It was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have had. Because I knew what make/model I wanted, I went online, and was connected with Kristin, who met me at the dealership, took me for a test drive, and then went out of her way to make sure that all the specifications and details I asked for were taken care of in a timely fashion. Finance was handled in a non-pressured, helpful fashion, and I was satisfied with even that part of the experience. Since last summer, I have gone in for routine service twice, and twice just to check tire pressure. Every time I have been met with outstanding, timely, and helpful service. Most recently, while I was waiting for my car, Kristin came up and we chatted. It had been a year, but she remembered who I was, what I had purchased, and was as pleasant when I wasn't her customer as she had been when I was. It is clear that Toyota of Gladstone takes pride in the vehicles they sell; from the nitrogen in the tires to the plastic shields over vulnerable parts of the finish, that attention is notable and much appreciated. I highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone. It is worth my time to commute there from Salem to experience such a high standard of customer care. If you are going through the online folks, do as for Kristin. She explains everything clearly, listens to answers, and follows through completely. More
