I bought my SUV from them in Dec. I've had to bring my car in twice to have the front license holder bracket installed (it still isn't), i also told the salesman i wanted new tires. I I've had to bring my car in twice to have the front license holder bracket installed (it still isn't), i also told the salesman i wanted new tires. It's now 8 months later, they quoted me for new tires, said two of them are dry rotted. After 8 months!? They won't replace them, even though they never did when i bought the vehicle originally, all they're offer is "a discount". I also paid for the extended warranty that should have covered everything, yet they want $100 to replace a tire sensor. I thought they would be a community focused company who took care of their customers, instead i feel taken advantage of and regretful. More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had as well as my first experience pre ordering a vehicle. Kyle Johnson was my salesman and he was amazing!! He made the buying process so easy and stres as well as my first experience pre ordering a vehicle. Kyle Johnson was my salesman and he was amazing!! He made the buying process so easy and stress free, he always answered any questions I had, and kept in touch with me with any updates regarding my order as far as when my vehicle was going to arrive at the dealership. He also came in on his day off when I was finally ready to come in and purchase the vehicle and helped me navigate the financing options I had available. Overall, Kyle and the rest of the team at Shields made this the easiest and most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. I would defiantly buy from them again!! More
