I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a vehicle from Don Ringler Toyota. I had visited several dealerships before talking with Richard H. at Don Ringler. The other dealerships were playing games with what cars they actually had for me to test drive and/or having a continuously changing price based on how interested they thought I was in the vehicle I test drove. Richard was very honest and straightforward about inventory and pricing. He answered all of my questions and helped me find the right vehicle options, trim level and color. The dealership kept me updated on delivery and offered their services and options in a professional, informative and relaxed environment. I was very impressed that they seemed more interested in developing a long-term relationship with me rather than simply selling a vehicle at the highest price possible.
