Luis was very professional and at the same time worked very hard to find us the best deal. Luis also has great knowledge about the vehicles that he sells. Luis was never pushy and helped us with the lease process. I was able to get the process done in record time and Luis worked around our busy schedules. I felt that Luis did a good job in orienting my wife and me to all of the new things that are included with proper, safe use of the vehicle. The experience was such a pleasure compared to the rest. There was absolutely no pressure from our salesperson, Randy. He went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered. He was always available for us, either in person or over the phone. We test drove multiple vehicles and he never tried to sway us one way or another, nor did he show any frustration as we changed our minds a few times. He was patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. The negotiation process was fast and fair, and didn't drag us through hours of the typical back and forth that we have experienced many times in the past. The financing process was fast and smooth, and Kyle was very respectful, helpful and offered us many options to help better protect our vehicle over time. The entire Zimmerman complex (lot, showroom, service, offices, waiting area) are new and very nice, clean and modern. Their inventory was huge and we bought a car right off of the showroom floor. I would highly recommend Zimmerman Honda to others! Also important to note: We love our new Civic Hatch EX! More

The Honda dealers in Michigan believe they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. Zimmerman/Louis Arango are totally the opposite. Louis was courteous and informative. He made me/us an excellent deal over the phone and stuck to it when we arrived. The vehicle was ready as promised and luis went through the vehicle and owners manual to make sure we understood all the vehicle features. We are looking to purchase a Honda oddessy in a couple years and will most definitely return to zimmermans/luis arango. More
