I stopped at this dealership on impulse on my way home after visiting two other dealers today and I don't even know how many in the past week. She did not try to talk me out of the car that I wanted and into a car that they already had on their lot. More

Stopped for an oil change and left with a new truck. Kylee was great to work with when I purchased my new truck. I stopped by the dealership a few months ago when considering trading my Jeep and talked to Kylee...everyone was so friendly! We discussed a few preliminary ideas I had then Covid-19 hit. We stayed in touch off and on by text for a few weeks - then last week I texted her saying I had prertty much made up my mind to do something . It had been so difficult to arrive at the decision to give up my beloved but aging Jeepl! I didn't know exactly what I wanted, maybe the Chevy model, what I could afford and the the hope for the best deal possible. She worked relentlessly, giving me several options, explaining the process, showing me vehicles, listening to my uncertainties and came up with a real deal...low mileage, in my price range, one owner!! One beautiful 2018 Chevy Equinox! I can't thank her enough for her patience, perseverence, knowledge and research skills!! She is so friendly and rerassuring as was everyone I met throughout the process!! I'm 76, bought my Jeep new in 2002 and was dreading the process of purchasing a new vehicle.
