I went for a scheduled oil change. I was about 5 miles away when my oil pressure warning started flashing I immediately pulled into a parking lot. They towed my car back to Toyota someone tightened the fi away when my oil pressure warning started flashing I immediately pulled into a parking lot. They towed my car back to Toyota someone tightened the filter breaking the seal . They tried to call me on m home phone to tell me they saw a puddle under my car when I left. Iwas no home to receive the call. Luckily I had common sense to pull over immediately. Toyota needs to double check their work and not be so concerned and speed of their work! They changed the oil and cleaned up their mess and supposedly drove it to see if was running as it should the only assurance the gave me that the car was running okay for the time being . Not a whole of confidence in Toyota. Now I will be concerned about if There was any damage done and concerned about oil leaks. I have kept all the paperwork and contacted my lawyer just to be on the safe side in case damage manifest from poor service More

Usually good experience. Not this time. Scheduled a ‘wait’ for vehicle appointment for general maintenance . Showed up for appointment and sent to service desk where they tried to SELL me services. Declined and told that they were sorry but they were running Hour and a half behind. So much for scheduling an appointment! Plus pressure to buy services? Bad experience. Not normal for them. More

Regularly scheduled service appointment. All associates are very friendly, yet professional and seem well qualified to trust my cars upkeep to them. Great experience service is a little pricey but overall facility is always clean and service is generally quick. They inspect the vehicle for preventative mainentenance issues and only replace what needs t facility is always clean and service is generally quick.
