Lamar did his best and worked hard to get me a truck. I have dealt with dealership in the past and this time around of the three I visited Lamar was the only one that followed through and found me somethin have dealt with dealership in the past and this time around of the three I visited Lamar was the only one that followed through and found me something like he said he would. Everyone I dealt with was very nice as was Brian Long. I appreciate that Ernesto Guerra approved the deal to get me my truck. I will say the the price of the truck was good, I did not say great for if it was great my payments would have not been at my max budget they would have been lower anywhere from $30 - $50. Now the overall experience could have been better because of a couple reasons; 1 - Once I finally got the truck when I got home I noticed a dent in the right rear bumper. I did not inspected the truck again when I was given the keys but Lamar stated nothing happened at the dealership. I had been parked for anyone to hit me and I did not back up before I noticed the dent. 2 - I left a front license plate on my trade-in and when I called back Lamar assured me he had it so I could pick it p in a few days when I could get back to the dealership for the remote to operate the power locks. when I returned not only did I wait for 2 hours for a remote but I was informed that the license plate was missing and someone how Lamar would replace the plate. I'm not holding my breath but it would show a higher level of integrity if it was replaced for it was a collectable items. I was told it was taken from Lamar's desk 3 - I went on the website 4 times and there was a promotional item ($25 Visa gift card) that if I came to the dealership I would receive, not once was I able to print or receive a email for this gift card. Although I asked about it was never received. 4 - The last thing is I'm really shocked that my gas tank was not full and that the policy is because it was a used vehicle, you only make sure theres gas in the tank to leave. I felt my business wasn't as wanted, I was just a number! More

From the service received and complete desire to make sure I got into the vehicle I specifically wanted is the main purposed I rated all 5s(Great)...Kudos to Lamar Mclaughlin for his energetic and positi sure I got into the vehicle I specifically wanted is the main purposed I rated all 5s(Great)...Kudos to Lamar Mclaughlin for his energetic and positive approach and strive to not give up at getting my now purchased Dodge Magnum when the deal almost didn't happen (Bank & down payment issue)...the moment he was introduced as my salesman I could tell that this is a guy that loves his job, and one of the main reason why I will refer as many of my friends that are looking to buy...I would recommend that all car dealerships should have at lease 1 Larmar Type salesman. I also appreciate the service quality that was provided to me by Courtesy Chevrolet I felt very at home outside and inside the dealership, very clean and just like the name...truly Courtesy.
