I purchased a 2022 Ford Maverick here that had been refused by the original customer because the wife didn't like the color. Many Ford dealers, because of the high demand and scarcity of this model, were adding anywhere from $5K to $10K over MSRP. Gervais honored MSRP, did not try to tack on any additional dealer options, and made the entire process easy and seamless. More

Misleading, horrible communication between sales and finance dept. we were told the used vehicle we purchased couldn’t be taken home because of some repairs that were needed and we needed to wait 4 days finance dept. we were told the used vehicle we purchased couldn’t be taken home because of some repairs that were needed and we needed to wait 4 days, paid for vehicle and after the 4 days, we were told it would be another 3 days before we could take it. No offer of a loaner, when we asked of course there wasn’t any available. And every issue we had they had an excuse instead of a solution. Worst experience at a dealer ever, have had better experiences at a small used car lot than at Garvios Ford. More
