Disappointment and terrible feeling I am very disappointed in the salesman who made several statements and did not produce. There were several items that were never in the car among the I am very disappointed in the salesman who made several statements and did not produce. There were several items that were never in the car among them was the seat being able to fold into the floor. He promised to show me when the car was delivered but coincidently he was off that day. The salesman that gave me the car only did so half heartedly and did not know how the seat works. It is funny that someone can sell a product and not know anything about it. No mats were supplied with the car, no blue tooth, no USB port. All these items are supposed to be standard. More

I returned to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle since I already have a current lease with Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They took care of me in no time, offering me suggestions and better options for me since he didn't want to see me in a used car. Lance Madry, Alex Durst and Tom Dunn (Funniest guy ever) used their magic to save me money and hop me onto a Grand Cherokee limited 2016. I will definitely coming back.
