Our first TDI was an '06 Jetta, and we currently have 2 Passats. Matt helped us purchase our latest Passat and was great! It was refreshing to see how caring and professional everyone was at the dealership. We were one of the final customers of the day and everyone stayed after hours for us! Wow! The salesman who waited on me, Andy Duran, was very helpful and no pressure in his approach. When I found the vehicle I wanted to buy, I found Andy and his boss, Chad Probst, very easy to deal with. When a minor mechical problem with the vehicle arose, Andy and Chad, again were very easy and fair to work with to everyone's satisfaction. Larry Carter of the service department had me in and out in no time.This, to me, is how you want to buy a new or used vehicle. They are proof that the Golden Rule is alive and well. I would not hesitate to go back there again or to reccomend them to a freind. More

Awesome and fun car buying experience. We test drove two different cars one evening with Dennis. It was a great time no pressure. Dennis is actually a pretty funny guy. He stayed late with us that evening and made sure to address all my questions and get us pricing. He told us to call or text any time with questions and said he was off the next day but would be more than happy to help. The next day I texted him an offer and to make a long story short I purchased a car through text messaging. Lol. A few days latter we met wih him again and picked up the car. Once again it was very laid back and fun. Naomi and Dennis worked hard to get us in and out. Naomi answered all of our questions and was good to work with too. She tried to get Dennis to put on a Chicken costume! Dennis made sure to answer any additional questions and demo some of the neat stuff like VW Carnet. It was a great experience I only wish I could afford to buy another car from Dennis. I have been getting my cars serviced at Vorderman's for several years. I usually deal with Larry Carter and have learned to trust him with our vehicles needs. I give him and the service department five stars. They've always taken care of our needs and have gone out of their way on numerous occasions. The service department is one of the main reasons we purchased our eighth VW. Thanks for everything you all do! More

I leased my first VW less than 6 months ago. I nailed a pothole and my tire's sidewall developed a bulge. I took it in thinking I just needed a tire. After further inspection Service determined my car wa pothole and my tire's sidewall developed a bulge. I took it in thinking I just needed a tire. After further inspection Service determined my car was now out of alignment. After the alignment was performed they found the caster was out of adjustment. Larry was very detailed in explaining the how and why and what needed to be done. I contacted my insurance company and they are now working together to correct the problem. I dread spending money, but I do not dread going to the dealership and dealing with these fine people. I have owned many brands of cars and dealt with many dealerships and none compare to Vorderman. Even Bob the driver takes the time to get to know the customers and acknowledges and greets and converses with everybody he meets. More

Vorderman is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I buy Volkswagens because the sale at Vorderman's is honest with no gimmicks, and the service after the sale is stellar. All of the staff that we have worked with have been outstanding, they listen, keep us informed of progress, and get the job done right the first time. VW's are great cars, but it's the follow-through from the dealership that keeps me coming back. A special comment about Ron Blum is Sales - in my 50 years of car buying, he's the only car salesman I've ever trusted. And to Chad Probst and his crew in the service and parts department - they do it right the first time. More
