Nicci Pollard in service provided excellent service when I brought my car in recently. I have worked with her for several years and she is always very friendly and professional. I had made a mistake when sc I brought my car in recently. I have worked with her for several years and she is always very friendly and professional. I had made a mistake when scheduling my service and she found a way to get my car in anyway. I really appreciated that. Nicci told me she appreciated my patience. I told her she deserved kudos for being patient with me. She's the best! Nicci also informed me that I was due for coolant and transmission fluid service soon, which I will schedule after the holidays. More
