One of the faster car buying experience I ever had. Spent about an hour looking at the truck and getting started on financing. Next afternoon came back signed paperwork and drove away with a certified Spent about an hour looking at the truck and getting started on financing. Had a few issues a couple days after having the truck but everything was gladly taken care of. We will be coming back soon to find my wife a new SUV. More

From start to finish we had a great experience at Andrew, with Eric and Larry. We were coming from 2 hours away, so we had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure it was worth our while. I have been a customer of Andrew Chevrolet for at least 20 years, and have purchased or leased around 7-8 cars in that time period. This last time around was not good, and that's why I gave it a 3. My salesman, Larry Pelman, e-mailed in August asking me to come in because your dealship was finally getting in the 2024 Trax near the end of September, and he could show me models, colors, etc..GM extended my lease which expired in June for 3 more months so I would have something to drive. Anyway, I picked out the model, color, options, and even had a good ball bark figure for my payments. Larry went thru the list and found me the Trax I wanted. He went back and forth with who I assume was the "numbers guy" who also had him check my 2020 Trax out. I then received a sheet of paper which I signed, I guess reserving the vehicle for me. That was it, and Larry said he would e-mail when the car arrived. Larry called me on Sept. 18 to say the car was in, so I made an appointment to come in on the 20th to pick it up. I got there on that Wed. at 11:00 AM. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in the showroom. The rest of the people were employees. Larry was right there to greet me. I sat down at his desk and gave him the 2 key fobs and manual for the 2020 Trax. I was sitting there for almost three (3) hours waiting to sign the papers and leave. I have no clue why it took so xxxx long to finalize the deal. All I saw were salesmen walking around back and forth, that "numbers" guy sitting in his office talking with one, then another guy who walked in with brief cases and were chatting away. Then the "numbers" guy asked Larry how many miles to put on the lease (was this not discussed the month before?), and the best part was when he also asked Larry the condition of the 2020 car (again), Larry told him in excellent shape except for a couple of "dings" from stones , etc. that hit the car during the 39 months I had it. The car also had less than 20,000 miles on it. He told Larry to find another guy to go out there and check it again. I thought that was B.S. not taking Larry's word on that. Still sitting there, Larry gave me the keys and told me to go outside and look the new car over, apologizing for the delay. I came back in after about 10-15 minutes. After a little while more I finally went into the office where another gentleman had me sign and explain the paperwork. He was very friendly and explained everything to me. Larry finally took me out to the car and showed me all of the controls, etc. He once again apologized for that way too long delay. Bottom line is there is no way I should have sat there so long to finalize the pick up of the car with an empty showroom (two customers came in near the end of me sitting there, but just asking questions about different cars, etc with other salesmen) This is no way to treat a customer like me who could have easily gone to another Chevy dealship much closer to my home, but I wanted to give the business to Larry who has treated me fairly all the years I have known him.I also know that you get top dollar for ANY car I have turned in over the years because of the excellent shape they are in at the end of my lease. My brother also bought a 2020 Trax from you and wants to upgrade to a 2024, but he is having second thoughts about doing that after I told him what I just went thru. Think about that thing called word of mouth about a place, etc.I did not rate Stuart Sinclair above because I did not have to deal with him. More
