I was scheduled for a 7am oil change, service department did not open until 8am, I was told I they didn’t know why that happened but all they can say is sorry. In the moment felt to be a very ingenuous way. did not open until 8am, I was told I they didn’t know why that happened but all they can say is sorry. In the moment felt to be a very ingenuous way. In the end they did not charge me for the oil change but I was not made aware there would be no charge until the cashier told me. The service department never said we apologize and will take care of the oil change, they just led me to the cashier’s office. I did speak to the manager days later, but the immediate response left me with a bad taste. More
