Had a great experience buying a CPO 17' Accord coupe from Larry. I knew the exact car I wanted and Larry managed to make the process as straightforward and simple as possible, they really mean it when they s Larry. I had accidents, when I went to hillside Honda I was taken very lightly even when I kept saying I need it to be fixed ASAP due to an family emergency, I was said there is no worker to help fix on time, taken very lightly even when I kept saying I need it to be fixed ASAP due to an family emergency, I was said there is no worker to help fix on time, when I wanted it back, lots of excuses was given, and finally when I did get it back they took more then a month with a huge bill to my insurance company and also messed my up auto window setting, which was working fine before I dropped it... Service Fixed my problem with the AC and Joseph was very knowledgeable and helpful. Fabulous Experience Buying a Pre-Owned H-RV Our sales rep, Larry Quiah, was knowledgable, super on-the-ball, and real pleasure to do business with. Purchasing the car went very smoothly, but it Our sales rep, Larry Quiah, was knowledgable, super on-the-ball, and real pleasure to do business with. Purchasing the car went very smoothly, but it was AFTER the sale that Larry really outdid himself. We happened to notice a small issue with the rear tail light. (It was holding water.) We sent him a photo, and he told us to bring the car back in and they fixed it—immediately and free of charge. How refreshing! This is the second time we've purchased a pre-owned Honda; and we've been very happy with both the sales and the service side of the Hillside Honda operation. More
