Dealt with a friendly, non-pushy salesman; Mr. Masud. Experience was really a good one. Got a great price on a Honda Pilot. Everyone was friendly...from the salespeople to the workers who detailed the car and showed us the features. The entire staff made us feel they were as happy and excited as we were with our new car purchase. We enjoyed "ringing the bell!" Thanks Hillside Honda.

Ralston Rhoden is a very personable, knowledgable sales executive. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a Honda. The day after I bought my car, I told my friend about the experience and we went together the next day. Once again I was in the presence of Ralston and he was excellent. Great Job Ralston!

TWO AND A HALF YEARS AGO I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW VEHICLE AND NOT TOTALLY SURE WHAT I WANTED I WAS REFERRED TO HILLSIDE HONDA AND WAS MET BY SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WHO DID NOT PRESSURE ME AND GUIDED ME TOWARDS THE PILOT AFTER INFORMING THEM OF MY CRITERIA. I WAS GIVEN A VERY FAIR PRICE AND RECEIVED A VEHICLE THAT I AM VERY HAPPY WITH. RECENTLY MY DAUGHTER WAS LOOKING FOR HER FIRST VEHICLE AND WE VISITED HILLSIDE HONDA AND WERE SHOWN NEW AND USED VEHICLES WITHOUT ANY SALES PRESSURE TO MAKE A CHOICE. AFTER BEING GIVEN A QUOTE WE COMPARISON SHOPPED AND FOUND THEY WERE VERY COMPETITIVE. BECAUSE OF OUR PREVIOUS SATISFACTION WE RETURNED AND PURCHASED OUR NEW VEHICLE. I EXPECT TO BE IN THE MARKET FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE DURING SPRING 2009 AND I EXPECT TO VISITING THIS DEALER THEN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

After dealing with my Chevy dealer 9 years(3 leases)I finally came to my fourth lease. The same lease manager who coughs up the prices at Chevy tried to RIP me off. Even after dealing with them 9 years 4th lease. He refused to negotiate. I finally told him " Why should I and the public have to pay for GM's financial problems. Walked out on them. I thought it over with my wife and decided to get a CRV. I went to one dealer in Nassau. I agreed with a family member afterwards that I should not go to That particular dealer in Nassau who I will rate after this. He tried to rip me off and refused to negotiate stating that I was getting an outstanding price(If he only knew that I know my math). I happened to be in the vicinity of HILLSIDE HONDA. I went in. I was treated like a king. A little negotiating and I got what I wanted at a VERY FAIR price. It was not overkill for me an it was a fair price for the dealer.They have earned the utmost respect from me and my family. Honest and reputable and I pray that they keep up the good work in the community and NOT become crooked like my Chevy dealer after 9 years and 3 leases. MY hats off to Hillside Honda. Keep up the good work!

I have purchased new cars in the past (Caddy's, Nissans,Buicks)but I have never had an experience like Hillside Honda.When you decide to buy a new car it is a major decision as well as a major expense.The staff at Hillside made the process so pleasant and honest that there was no stress incountered on my part. Mr.Masud in sales made me feel like a good friend and put me at ease from the very begining.Helpful is an understatement for the attention he gave me and my wife. Leanne made the AAA Buying Program work seamlessly and her pleasent personality help to make it a good day for buying a car.Ray in finance and options was a true gentleman and clearly explained the money matters as well as the true best course of options to be considered. I also had the chance to meet a family member of the owners.Mike was great to deal with and added the final touch of class to a very good buying expirence.The car was prepared and turned over to me the same day. My trade in was processed just smoothly. I am looking forward to my first interaction with the service department. To the owners of Hillside Honda, all I want to say is you run a great dealership. This is my 3rd leased honda car - Patrick O. is the most honest, overall nicest and most professional sales rep, in my opinion, at Hillside Honda. He works with you and gives you great advice. I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford - we went back and forth, but didnt hassle me. I was in and out within 3 to 4 hours with a brand new car!! Ana Cecilia, a delivery assistant, was courteous, efficient and knowedgable about every function in my new car. She changed the plates and delivered my car right to me with a big smile. I wouldnt go anywhere else when buying or leasing a new Honda!

My Review of Hillside Honda:
Through the years I have leased 7 cars from Hillside. Each time was a great experience. I always got a decent deal and was treated like a valued customer. I will continue to come back for my next lease. With my last lease i worked with a fantastic salesperson named Adrian who took his time and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He went out of his way to deliver the vehicle when I needed it on my time not his. Everyone from the manager to the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
The service dept.is excellent. Every time i do my scheduled maintenance they go over my car in great detail. They are timely with their appointments and are vvery accomodating. I have recommended and continue to highly recommend Hillsid honda to all my friends.

let me start off with the sales person was friendly and very helpful. the manager was totally shady. having done my research online and visiting 4 other dealers i went back here thinking i would get the best deal. they matched the deal i got from a dealer in long island but all of a sudden added another 1000 in fees. a 400 dollar inspection fee ( it was explained to me that this fee was to clean and wash the car before it got the car). no such fee exists. i told them give me the car as is then and he continued to try to tack on fees elsewhere. after a hour of this song and dance i proceeded to leave and then he wanted to give me a discount on the alarm i wanted when before that there was no way he could do this. left with a really bad experience. another thing, i am a triple aaa member and im supposed to get a fixed price at or under invoice. when i tried to use my membership to get a price they wouldnt give me the price saying that they could give me a better deal. totally shady operation. went to p.s. honda in long island and they gave me a price for the same car 200 bucks under invoice and a good price on my trade in. i dealt with bill over there and he was great. i dont know about the service department but the sales people were great.

My Review of Hillside Honda:
I bought my first car here 2 weeks ago after reading all the positive reviews. I was very nervous about going thru the process, but I was able to get the car I wanted with minimal pain. Our sales rep was Enrique. I found him to be very low key, not pushy at all. That is just what I needed because a more aggressive sales person would have sent me running for the door.
They sat me down with the finance guy towards the end of the process, and he tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn't want, but when I said no, he didn't persist.
The only complaint I have is the long waits between various parts of the process and they didn't have our car there when they said they would. Otherwise, I feel like I got a great car for a fair price.
