I brought my 2011 Jeep Wrangler in for servicing an oil leak that supposedly was corrected by Tate Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealership in Frederick MD. After extensive work was done the problem was not resolved leak that supposedly was corrected by Tate Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealership in Frederick MD. After extensive work was done the problem was not resolved.I’ve brought my Jeep to Sands for the same reason more than once . Extensive work was done at Sands, and the last time my car was in your shop it was there for about a month. The problem with the oil leak has not been resolved. I contacted Larry yesterday and I will be bringing the Jeep in on Monday. So it stands to reason why I’m not a satisfied customer and have little confidence in the service I’ve received at the two Dealerships I’ve used. I brought my Jeep to a Jeep Dealership because it’s a Jeep, A JEEP!! Please correct the problem. More

Can’t say enough GREAT things about Sands Quakertown. Excellent professionalism, service, and attitude from all employees. We purchased two awesome cars about one year ago with the help of James McBrearty. Stopped in today for an oil change. Lucky to see James and was treated like family. We love our cars and the relationships we have developed at Sands. Big thank you to Larry and the service department for top notch work and for always answering any questions.
