From the start, he was welcoming, patient, and really took the time to listen to what we needed. He never rushed us or pressured us to make a decision. He went back and forth with his manager multiple times to genuinely try to work with the offer we had in mind, which I really appreciated. We ended up visiting several other dealerships to compare options, and when I came back to Mazda of Wellesley, it was because I truly felt comfortable and respected - not pressured at all. That says a lot. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, attentive, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for DJ. Thank you for making a tough situation much more manageable. More
