I gave him a $500 deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle. Came in the next day around 10am and had a deal worked out by 10:30 am, very professional. Left with the kids for the day and came back around 3:30pm to sign the finance paperwork. Lascelle had all the paperwork ready to go and even workout a great rate and price of an extended warrantee. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had in the finance office. There were some issues with the delivery of my new car, however Herb Chambers Management steped-up and made it right. I would recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Boston. More

When I needed to replace my 2008 Honda Accord that had over 120,000 miles, Tereza introduced me to Jose Yapul in the Sales department. Jose carefully addressed all my questions before, during and after the purchase of my new Honda Accord. Several times, Jose called me back on his days off after getting a message from me. This is the second time buying a car, Honda from your company, the first being Dec. 23rd 2013. I enjoyed the easy process so much, that I made may second purchase here. The only "bump" in the road, was trying to find the color, (Modern Steal) with black leather interior that my wife fell in love with, in a four cylinder. Your sales team of the Sales Manager, Mr. Forest Frangiamore, Internet Sales person, Andrew, and Mr. Fabian Garcia, who once I made the purchase, stood out in 17 degree weather to show me all of the features. Also Mr. Lascelles McKenzie, Business Manager and the man I did all the "Legal" paperwork with. I ended up upgrading to the V6 to keep the colors my wife wanted. I already had a Mr. Timothy Broman purchase a vehicle from you Dec. 23rd, 2013 and is currently waiting to see the new 2017 CRV. More

Amazingly good experience I can only echo the highly favorable reviews I see here----and then some. Let me single out two people in particular: Lee Arouth, the Sales I can only echo the highly favorable reviews I see here----and then some. Let me single out two people in particular: Lee Arouth, the Sales Manager. I first met Lee early on when the 2015 Honda Fit was simply not available at the dealership. There was a really good lease deal, which unfortunately was due to run out before a car was scheduled to come in. Without hesitation Lee promised to honor that offer no matter when a car arrived, and he promised to watch for the car I wanted and let me know. That's exactly what he did --- the car arrived many weeks later, and the lease was honored. Second: Eric Poulson, sales, who handled the details of getting the lease completed. wrote the number down and explained all the details clearly and patiently. It took about 10 minute to complete the deal. Eric personally delivered the car to me at my home and went over ever detail of the setup. Unfortunately, on the way back to the dealership, with Eric driving and me going along in the passenger seat, there was an accident. None of what happened was Eric's fault. None. I want to emphasize that. Fortunately the damage was relatively slight, the repairs very fast, and redelivery took place within three days. Eric remained available to me, and informative the entire time. I know many negative things have been written and said about people who work at car dealerships. I've even said some of them. Not this time. Herb Chambers should be proud that professionals like Lee and Eric are part of his team. I am surely proud to have spent time with them. I hope and expect to place this exact same review on a different location. More

I recently bought my first car and the experience i had at Herb Chambers makes me wish i made the decision earlier. When I emailed the dealership asking about a car i was interested in i first spoke with K at Herb Chambers makes me wish i made the decision earlier. When I emailed the dealership asking about a car i was interested in i first spoke with Krystle, she was so kind and helpful informing me that the car was still available. I than scheduled an appointment and later met with Jose Y., he helped me understand everything i needed to know about the car. He followed up with me to make sure every question and concern i had was answered in first time buyer terms. When everything was about to be finalized the last person i spoke with was the financial manager Lascelle M. Between him and Jose i dont know whos better! He made sure my monthly payments were set at a reasonable amount to make sure i wasnt overwhelmed. Everyone who i dealt with are great people and i most definitely will be recommending them to everyone i know! More
