With a shortage of new vehicles, we put a down payment on the new 2022 Rav4 and the process couldn’t be any smoother. Sales rep Laurie Stepniewski updated us throughout the whole process and we received our the new 2022 Rav4 and the process couldn’t be any smoother. Sales rep Laurie Stepniewski updated us throughout the whole process and we received our new car earlier than expected. Everyone was super nice to work with, from the front desk lady to the loan officer, Tim. Laurie Stepniewski was great, she walked us through everything about our new 2022 rav4. She helped us setup our car starter through the Toyota app and linked our phone. I would definitely recommend Inver Grove Toyota. More
